1. Who We Are

For purposes of these Terms, “Wild Thyme,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to:
Wild Thyme Studios & Consulting LLC

2. Business and Professional Use Only
The website and services are intended for business and professional use.
They are not intended for personal, household, family, emergency, safety-critical, medical, clinical, legal, financial, tax, or regulated compliance use.
By using the website, submitting information, or purchasing services, you represent that you are using the website and services for business or professional purposes.
3. Services
The website currently offers two primary service paths.
The Blind Spot
The Blind Spot is a one-time written analysis. A customer completes a self-assessment, submits business information, pays the applicable fee, and receives a written report.
The Blind Spot may include observations, recommendations, visibility analysis, positioning analysis, website review, AI visibility analysis, business analysis, technical observations, public signal review, or other strategic commentary depending on the current offering.
The Blind Spot is an informational business report. It is a read and analysis of available signals, submitted information, and relevant business context. It is not a roadmap to guaranteed outcomes.
The Blind Spot is not legal, financial, medical, tax, accounting, investment, compliance, advertising compliance, healthcare compliance, cybersecurity certification, or licensed professional advice.
Consulting Intake
The website may also provide forms for consulting inquiries, including advisory, architecture, audits, tools, coaching, custom technical work, creative work, or other professional services.
Submitting an intake form does not create a client relationship, consulting agreement, partnership, employment relationship, fiduciary relationship, or obligation for Wild Thyme to accept an engagement. Any paid consulting work may require a separate agreement, statement of work, proposal, or written confirmation.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, submit information, or purchase services.
By using the website, submitting information, or purchasing services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to act on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
You may not use this website or services if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law, including sanctions, export control, restricted-party, or similar rules.
5. Customer Submissions
You may submit business information, website URLs, self-assessment responses, free-text answers, contact information, and other materials through the website.
You retain ownership of the information and materials you submit.
By submitting information to Wild Thyme, you grant Wild Thyme a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, process, analyze, store, display, and create derivative analysis from that information solely as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the requested service
- Prepare reports or deliverables
- Communicate with you
- Maintain business records
- Store lead and customer information for CRM and follow-up purposes
- Prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse
- Enforce these Terms
- Comply with legal obligations
You represent that you have the right to submit the information you provide and that your submission does not violate any law, contract, privacy right, intellectual property right, confidentiality obligation, or duty owed to a third party.
6. Accuracy and Completeness of Submitted Information
Reports and deliverables are based on the information you provide, publicly available information, third party platform outputs, and the scope of the service purchased.
Wild Thyme is not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading results caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information submitted by you.
You are responsible for reviewing your submission before purchase and making sure the information you provide is accurate, complete, and authorized.
7. Sensitive Information and Third Party Information
Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is strictly necessary and you have authority to provide it.
You agree not to submit:
- Protected health information
- Medical records or patient information
- Government identification numbers
- Financial account numbers
- Credit card numbers outside the Stripe checkout flow
- Passwords or access credentials
- Confidential third party information you are not authorized to share
- Personal information about employees, customers, patients, clients, or other third parties unless you have authority to provide it
- Trade secrets or regulated information unless specifically requested in writing
Wild Thyme is not responsible for information you submit unnecessarily, unlawfully, or without proper authority.
8. Pricing
The Blind Spot is currently offered at $149 USD as a one-time purchase.
Prices may change at any time. Any price change will not affect orders already accepted and paid unless we expressly state otherwise.
Additional consulting, advisory, technical, creative, or custom services may be priced separately and may require a separate agreement or statement of work.
Invite Codes and Discounts
During the beta phase, The Blind Spot is available by invite only. Access to checkout requires a valid invite code. Invite codes may be distributed at Wild Thyme’s discretion and may be associated with a discount.
Invite codes and any associated discounts are:
- personal and non-transferable;
- redeemable only through the official checkout flow on the website;
- not stackable with other promotions, codes, or offers;
- not redeemable for cash and not refundable on their own;
- limited in number, time, and per-customer use as configured by Wild Thyme and by our payment processor;
- void where prohibited, fraudulently obtained, shared publicly without authorization, or otherwise abused;
- subject to revocation, expiration, or modification at any time, without notice, for any reason.
If a code is rejected, expired, exhausted, or otherwise unavailable, the full posted price applies. We do not retroactively apply discounts to orders that were placed without a valid code, and we do not refund the difference if a later code would have produced a lower price.
9. Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe or another third party payment provider.
By purchasing The Blind Spot or any paid service through the website, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your payment method for the stated amount.
Wild Thyme is only obligated to begin or complete a paid report after payment has been successfully collected.
If payment is declined, reversed, refunded, disputed, charged back, subject to a payment processor hold, cancelled, or otherwise not successfully collected, Wild Thyme has no obligation to prepare, revise, complete, or deliver the report or related service.
We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment information is handled by Stripe or the applicable payment provider, and their terms and privacy policies apply to the payment portion of the transaction.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are limited and are not a general satisfaction guarantee.
You may request a refund within 5 business days after Wild Thyme sends the completed report if you believe there is a material problem with the report, a delivery issue, or another reasonable basis for the request.
A “business day” means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and any posted studio closures.
Refund requests must be sent to:
privacy@wildthymehudsonvalley.com
Please include the email address used for your order and enough information for us to identify the purchase and evaluate the request.
A report is considered sent when Wild Thyme sends it to the email address associated with your order or otherwise makes it available through the delivery method used by Wild Thyme.
Wild Thyme may approve or deny refund requests in its reasonable discretion, except where a refund is required by law.
Refunds may be denied for:
- Fraud
- Abuse of the service
- Chargeback misuse
- Unlawful submissions
- Bad-faith use
- Violation of these Terms
- Use of the report after requesting a refund
- Disagreement with subjective analysis, tone, prioritization, or recommendations
- Failure to achieve a business, technical, visibility, revenue, ranking, or commercial outcome
- Requests based on information that was inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading when submitted by you
If Wild Thyme issues a refund before the report has been completed or delivered, Wild Thyme is released from any obligation to prepare, complete, revise, or deliver the report.
If Wild Thyme issues a refund after the report has been delivered, your license to use the report ends unless Wild Thyme states otherwise in writing. After a refund, you must stop using the report and may not rely on it for business decisions or continue using any part of it internally or externally.
Nothing in this refund policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
11. Delivery Timeline
For The Blind Spot, Wild Thyme aims to deliver the written report within 5 business days after receiving both:
- A completed submission with the information needed to prepare the report
- Successful payment collection
A “business day” means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and any posted studio closures.
Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. If we need additional information from you to complete the report, the timeline may pause until you provide the requested information.
Wild Thyme is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete submissions, inaccurate information, technical failures, payment issues, email delivery problems, force majeure events, third party platform outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
12. Report Delivery
Reports are generally delivered by email or another delivery method selected by Wild Thyme.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking spam, promotions, filters, and other email folders.
A report is considered sent when Wild Thyme sends it to the email address associated with your order or otherwise makes it available through the delivery method we use.
13. No Included Revisions, Re-Runs, or Follow-Up Services
The Blind Spot is a one-time report.
It does not include revisions, re-runs, implementation support, meetings, monitoring, additional analysis, follow-up consulting, or ongoing advisory services unless expressly stated in writing.
Wild Thyme may, at its discretion, correct errors, clarify a point, or provide limited follow-up, but doing so does not create an obligation to provide revisions, support, re-runs, or additional services.
14. No Ongoing Relationship or Duty to Monitor
Purchasing The Blind Spot does not create an ongoing consulting relationship, advisory relationship, fiduciary relationship, agency relationship, or duty to monitor, update, correct, maintain, or supplement the report after delivery.
Reports are prepared based on information available at the time of analysis. Wild Thyme has no obligation to update, revise, monitor, or supplement a report after delivery unless separately agreed in writing.
15. Use of Software, Automation, and AI Tools
Wild Thyme may use software, automation, internal frameworks, third party infrastructure, research tools, templates, structured workflows, third party AI tools, self-hosted tools, open-source models, proprietary internal tools, and human review to prepare reports and deliver services.
These tools may include third party AI providers such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, and Perplexity, as well as self-hosted open-source models, internal proprietary models, and other AI, search, research, formatting, drafting, analysis, or automation tools we may adopt, replace, or discontinue from time to time.
Customer-submitted business information and publicly available business information may be processed through these tools for the purpose of preparing, formatting, reviewing, improving, and delivering the requested report or service.
These tools may be accessed through accounts, workspaces, subscriptions, APIs, locally hosted systems, self-hosted systems, or other tool accounts used by Wild Thyme to provide the service. Data handling, retention, model training, account history, deletion, and privacy settings may vary by provider, product, account type, configuration, and tool.
Where available, we use reasonable account settings and operational practices intended to limit unnecessary retention, model training, or exposure of customer information. We do not control the policies, infrastructure, or future behavior of third party AI providers and cannot guarantee how they handle data on their side.
Wild Thyme takes reasonable steps to avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information to third party AI tools. Customers should not submit protected health information, patient information, passwords, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, confidential internal documents, confidential third party information, private customer records, or sensitive personal information.
You acknowledge that AI-assisted, research-assisted, formatting-assisted, and software-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, inconsistencies, outdated information, hallucinations, incomplete interpretations, or interpretations that require human judgment.
Wild Thyme remains responsible for delivering the purchased report, but you are responsible for reviewing the report, evaluating its suitability, and deciding whether or how to use any recommendation, observation, or analysis.
16. Public Information and Third Party Platform Outputs
Reports may rely on customer-submitted information, publicly available information, third party platform outputs, search results, business listings, websites, reviews, AI system outputs, directory information, and Wild Thyme’s analysis.
Wild Thyme does not guarantee that public information, search results, AI outputs, directory listings, reviews, third party data, or other external sources are complete, accurate, current, representative, or stable.
Wild Thyme does not control third party platforms, search engines, AI systems, directories, review sites, social platforms, business listings, or other external services. Their outputs, rankings, visibility, policies, data sources, and behavior may change at any time.
17. Customer Responsibility for Implementation
You are solely responsible for evaluating, implementing, testing, validating, and maintaining any changes, decisions, or actions you take based on a report or deliverable.
You are responsible for determining whether any recommendation is appropriate for your business, website, market, technical environment, legal obligations, privacy obligations, compliance obligations, brand, customers, and risk tolerance.
Wild Thyme is not responsible for implementation decisions, technical changes, business decisions, legal compliance, regulatory compliance, operational results, customer reactions, third party platform behavior, or downstream effects resulting from your use of a report or deliverable.
18. Intellectual Property
The website, brand materials, design, text, graphics, reports, templates, frameworks, methodology, processes, prompts, analysis structures, software, workflows, tools, and other materials created by Wild Thyme are owned by Wild Thyme or its licensors.
Except for the limited license expressly granted to you, these Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, publish, distribute, train AI systems on, benchmark, evaluate, or create derivative works from our website, reports, methodology, templates, prompts, workflows, frameworks, tools, or materials without our prior written permission.
19. License to Delivered Reports
If you purchase The Blind Spot or another written deliverable and do not receive a refund, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the delivered report internally for your own business purposes.
You may use the report to evaluate your business, consider possible changes, discuss findings internally, and share it with employees, contractors, advisors, or service providers who need to review it for your internal business purposes.

22. No Guaranteed Results
Wild Thyme does not guarantee any specific business outcome, search ranking, AI visibility result, revenue increase, conversion rate, client acquisition, technical result, operational result, funding result, investment result, or commercial result.
Any recommendations, observations, or analysis are based on the information available to us at the time, the information you submit, public or accessible materials reviewed, third party platform outputs, AI tool outputs, and the scope of the service purchased.
