Senior technical leadership thatgives capacity back.

Wild Thyme Studios is a senior technology practice based in the Hudson Valley. The work is advisory, architecture, audits, reports, tools, automation, and selective implementation for founders, CTOs, owners, and operators who care about how things are built.

Engagements are scoped around a clear question and built to leave the business with more ownership and less dependency.

Who brings us in

Founders and CTOs

For early technical decisions that are expensive to reverse: architecture, platform direction, AI feasibility, vendor oversight, and build strategy.

Business owners and operators

For businesses losing time, money, or customer trust to manual work, disconnected tools, unclear systems, or automation that no one fully owns.

Teams adopting AI

For teams that want AI to improve quality and throughput without creating chaos, sloppy output, or dependency on tools no one inside the business understands.

About Paul Kist

Paul Kist

Wild Thyme Studios is led by Paul Kist, a systems architect and technical leader with nearly 30 years across healthcare technology, enterprise software, startups, publishing, and marketing technology.

He was an engineering lead at Amazon Health and One Medical, and part of the founding team at Traackr. His client and engagement history includes JP Morgan Chase, The New York Times, CNN Money, The Limited, and the St. Petersburg Times.

His current work concentrates on technical judgment at the points where it is hardest to get right: early architecture, AI feasibility, scope and risk assessment, and the engineering calls that separate systems that compound value from systems that compound cost.

When the next technical move matters.

Whatever the problem, question, system, or commitment in front of your business, Wild Thyme helps you see what is actually there, what is worth changing, and what to do next.
